"Ball" "Book" and "Duck"

Proud moment:

Sarah has said "Ball" and "Book" for a couple of weeks. However, this weekend she has been enunciating really well when she says "Book" and "Duck" --- maybe a little too much. Sarah woke up on Saturday morning at 4:00 A.M. Her rubby ducky was near her nightlight so she proceeded to point and say "Duck" - over and over and over. I moved the duck but she still continued to question its location. I couldn't stop laughing. Thus, it was a long Sat. at the Motelet house.

Sarah now wants to shampoo her own hair. What a big girl! Needless to say after bathtime, the whole bathroom is a swamp.

A "Cold" Day

School is cancelled today because it is -45 degrees. Sarah and I are not planning on getting out of our PJs, not fixing our morning hair and enjoying some daytime TV. Sometimes being a teacher is pretty sweet.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NANA

Sarah wanted to say "Have a great day". And thanks for playing tea party with me on my Dora table and always feeding me my favorite foods -- yogurt and oranges. Love ya Nana!!!
